Three-bedroom, 100 m² apartment (+ large balconies) for 6 people:
  • 3 double bedrooms (beds can be split into two) with TV
  • 1 lounge with a kitchen area + large table + TV
  • 4 bathrooms (with shower + WC + bidet)
  • Large balconies on different sides
  • Wi-Fi + excellent 4G reception
  • Towels and linen (for bedroom and bathroom) + 1 change
  • Washing machine + dryer available (for a fee)
  • Dishwasher
  • 1 parking space in a covered garage
  • Casa Clima B Energy Certificate
  • Animals are not permitted
  • Access to the Alpenroyal 5-star swimming pool and wellness centre (for a fee)

Summer € 10.000 – Winter € 16.000
(+ tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per day, to be paid monthly)

Deposit:
€ 1.500 + € 150 for final cleaning at the end of your stay

Payment terms:
50% of the total fee is due upon making your reservation (non-refundable if you make a cancellation). The remainder of the fee is to be paid on arrival (non-refundable in event of early departure).
